DELIVERY INFORMATION

Due to restrictive regulations, I'm unable to offer shipping of physical items (kits, needleminders etc) to countries outside the UK.

However, customers from these countries can still purchase digital patterns.

If you're located outside of the UK, please do not attempt to purchase physical items, as your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded (minus any processing fees charged and not refunded by the payment provider).

There are 2 categories of product for sale here: digital patterns, and physical products.

Physical products (kits & needleminders)

These will be packed & dispatched within 3-5 working days (usually much sooner!). Once your parcel is collected for shipping you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. Your order will then make its way to you according to Royal Mail's shipping estimates (2-3 working days for UK 2nd class post; 5-7 days for International Tracked & Signed).

Digital patterns

Because of the VAT laws in the UK, my pattern files are sent manually (i.e. I email them across to you, rather than enabling an automatic download link), which means they are marked as a physical product on my website. If you're buying a pattern, you won't be charged for shipping, but you will need to select a shipping option at checkout. It doesn't matter which one you choose, no charges will apply to digital files.

The 'estimated delivery times' associated with the different shipping options don't apply to digital files either; once you've checked out, your files will be delivered in an email within 1-3 working days (usually same day). Please ensure 'fandomcrossstitchery@mail.com', 'fandomcrossstitchery@gmail.com', and 'info@fandomcrossstitchery.com' are on your safe senders list!
