a. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Pattern to create an unlimited number of cross-stitch pieces for personal or commercial purposes.

 

2. CREDIT REQUIREMENT:

a. If you choose to sell cross-stitch pieces created using this Pattern, you must provide proper credit to Fandom Cross Stitchery as the original designer. Credit should prominently feature our business name and, where applicable, a link to our website or online store.

 

3. RESTRICTIONS:

a. You are expressly prohibited from selling, distributing, sharing, or transferring the Digital Patterns to any other individual or entity.

b. You may not reproduce or replicate the Digital Patterns for resale, distribution, or any other purpose.

c. You may not modify the Patterns (digital or printed) and sell them as your own creations.

d. You may not create any other products (e.g. cross-stitch kits, stickers) for sale or distribution that are based on our Patterns

 

4. PRINTING:

a. You are permitted to print the Patterns for your personal use to facilitate cross-stitching projects. This includes printing for reference during the creation of cross-stitch pieces.

b. You may not print and distribute or sell the Patterns in physical or digital form to others. The printed Patterns are for your personal use only and should not be shared, sold, or otherwise distributed.

 

5. COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP:

a. The copyright and all intellectual property rights for these Digital Patterns remain the exclusive property of Fandom Cross Stitchery. Your purchase of the Patterns grants you a limited license, but it does not transfer any ownership rights.

 

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

a. Fandom Cross Stitchery provides the Patterns "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, regarding their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose

 

7. CORRECTION OF INACCURACIES

a. Fandom Cross Stitchery is committed to providing accurate Patterns. If you discover any inaccuracies or errors in the Patterns, please feel free to contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to correct any identified inaccuracies promptly.

 

8. LIABILITY

a. Fandom Cross Stitchery shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use these Patterns.

Unfortunately, the UK government has made it very difficult (and expensive!) for small businesses like myself to automate this process, so for the forseeable future it all has to be done manually.

Absolutely!

Most of our files contain 3 versions of the pattern per file which does confuse Pattern Keeper inot thinking the pattern is 3 times longer than it actually is.  The app will still work, but it's not ideal, and you'll have 3 times the amount of stitching to do!

Because of this, we've included a PK-friendly file as well.

Pattern Keeper does not currently support backstitching, fractional stitches, or French knots. To view these in the app you'll need to choose 'View PDF'.

Don't panic!  If you're buying a pattern, you won't be charged for shipping, but you will need to select a shipping option at checkout.  It doesn't matter which one you choose, the charges won't apply to digital files.

The 'estimated delivery times' associated with the different shipping options don't apply to digital files either; once you've checked out, your files will be delivered in an email within 1-3 working days.
